Terms Of Use
 This website is operated by Rebel P Customs. The following terms dictates your use of and/or purchase of products from our company. Be advised that your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by all of the following terms and conditions presented in this agreement.

Rebel P Customs , its material and content is in no way affiliated with any professional sports team or organization. By purchasing our merchandise you fully agree and understand that artwork and renderings are to be considered work of an artist and is in no way a representation of any particular individual or organization. Any similarity to potential trademarked material is to be for entertainment use only.


RETURN POLICY

REFUND POLICY: 30 DAY Return Policy
CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS: NO REFUNDS 
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your full price purchase, you may return the item(s) for a refund of the purchase price.
To return your full price  purchased item, please follow these steps:
Contact us rebelp@therebelprincess.com  within 7 days of receipt of purchase to request a Return Number
Make sure your Return purchase is in its original condition, without physical damages and alterations to:

Fully protect your Return item with bubble wrap, packing peanuts, tissue, etc. and enclose in a size appropriate box or envelope.
All Sale items are final NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS.
Again, customized items are not returnable.

    Please make sure you refer to the sizing charts of our items before placing an order. If the wrong item is sent you can return the item(s), within 30 days of receiving the shipment, to the address below with a copy of your original receipt and a written explanation of the items you would like. Any item sent back for exchange must be in new, unused condition. We will ship the new items to the original ship to address at no extra charge. All exchanges are dependent on current stock. Please check availability by emailing rebelp@therebelprincess.com

    Customers residing in the United States are responsible for shipping the item back to us for the exchange. International customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to us for the exchange, as well as for shipping the exchanged item back to their respective country. All sales are final on items labeled, "on sale".

    SHIPPING

    Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping, unless it is a custom order. Custom orders take 7-10 days to fulfill. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand I am a one person team, working with human hands. I am not perfect. 

    I ship Products  both domestically and to a select number of international destinations.

    DOMESTIC SHIPPING INSIDE THE USA:

    Shipping times depend on your location. If you live down the street in New York, you'll get it faster than if you live in Hawaii. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. International shipping is longer.

    Personalized (custom) orders take 1-2 weeks to create and deliver because they are made-to-order. 

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 

    Rebel P Customs provides shipping to the following countries:

    Canada! Finland! France! Germany! Great Britain! Greece! Hong Kong! Hungary! Ireland! Italy! Norway! Portugal! Russia! Singapore! South Korea! Spain! Sweden! Switzerland! 

    if your country is not listed, please contact me and I will try to work something out for you. 

    I use FedEx for International Shipments. 

    Customs

    You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence.

    Rebel P Customs is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.

    For example, UK residents might expect a customs charge of at least 20% of the total cost of the purchase. Rebel P Customs is not responsible for this payment. Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pickup and payment is taken care of.

    If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for original shipping.

    If it is a custom piece and it is returned to us, you should contact us immediately to arrange reshipping as custom orders are final sale and we cannot refund you for the purchase.

    Should Rebel P Customs mistakenly be invoiced directly for any duties or fees from the shipping company after delivery, we will email an invoice for the balance due. This will need to paid immediately.

    As with domestic shipping, if a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, Rebel P Customs is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.

    Tracking

    If you have a USPS package marked as delivered but haven't received it, please contact your local mail facility 


    In summary; you will have to pay taxes and duties in your own country. This is extra and we have no control over it. By purchasing a Rebel P Customs product, you acknowledge that you are aware of this and accept it as your financial responsibility.

    Rebel P Customs cannot guarantee immediate product availability due to all products being made to order.
