Special orders and custom-made combinations are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a refund of the purchase price.
To return your purchased item, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of purchase to request a Return Number
- Make sure your Return purchase is in its original condition, without physical damages and alterations
- Fully protect your Return item with bubble wrap, packing peanuts, tissue, etc. and enclose in a size appropriate box or envelope.
- All Sale items are final NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS.
- Again, customized items are not returnable.
If you purchased an item(s) from us you can ONLY return the item if the wrong merchandise was sent. Please make sure you refer to the sizing charts of our items before placing an order. If the wrong item is sent you can return the item(s), within 10 days of receiving the shipment, to the address below with a copy of your original receipt and a written explanation of the items you would like. Any item sent back for exchange must be in new, unused condition. We will ship the new items to the original ship to address at no extra charge. All exchanges are dependent on current stock. Customers residing in the United States are responsible for shipping the item back to us for the exchange. International customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to us for the exchange, as well as for shipping the exchanged item back to their respective country. All sales are final on items labeled, "on sale".
