ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Rebel P Customs is a handcrafted brand. Many of our signature items — including chenille hats, patched hats, and appliqué hats — are made to order, created by hand with care and attention to detail.

Because of the artisanal nature of these products and seasonal demand:

Handcrafted hats require 10–15 business days for creation before shipping.


This applies to:

  • Chenille patched hats

  • Patched Apparel

  • Chenille beanies

  • Appliqué hats

These pieces are individually crafted and prepared in small batches.

Fulfillment-center items such as college hats, sports hats, and apparel ship on a standard timeline and are not affected by handcrafted production times.

 

 

READY-TO-SHIP & LIMITED ITEMS

Some items may be available in small quantities or as one-of-a-kind pieces. These will ship as soon as possible, typically within 1–3 business days.

 

 

SHIPPING TIME (AFTER FULFILLMENT)

Domestic shipping within the USA varies by location. USPS quotes 2–8 business days but does not guarantee delivery times.

International shipping will take longer.

 

NOTES

  • Rebel P Customs is a one-person studio for handcrafted items. Every piece is created with care, and small variations are normal.

  • There are no returns on hats.

  • Custom and personalized pieces are final sale.

if your country is not listed, please contact me and I will try to work something out for you. 

I use FedEx for International Shipments. 

Customs

You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence.

Rebel P Customs is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of Rebel P Customs to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.

For example, UK residents might expect a customs charge of at least 20% of the total cost of the purchase.Rebel P Customs is not responsible for this payment. Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pickup and payment is taken care of.

If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for original shipping.

If it is a custom piece and it is returned to us, you should contact us immediately to arrange reshipping as custom orders are final sale and we cannot refund you for the purchase.

Should Rebel P Customs mistakenly be invoiced directly for any duties or fees from the shipping company after delivery, we will email an invoice for the balance due. This will need to paid immediately.

As with domestic shipping, if a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, Rebel P Customs is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.

Tracking

If you have a USPS package marked as delivered but haven't received it, please contact your local mail facility 

In summary; you will have to pay taxes and duties in your own country. This is extra and we have no control over it. By purchasing a Rebel P Customs product, you acknowledge that you are aware of this and accept it as your financial responsibility.
